Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
Instructions:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika (and Italian herbs, if using).
- Brush or rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes if your model recommends it.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
