Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-ounce/170g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) paprika
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5g) dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25g) salt
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25g) black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush or drizzle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes (optional).
  5. Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down (if using skin-on fillets).
  6. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Carefully remove salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges (optional).
