Ingredients:
- 2 (6-ounce/170g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) paprika
- ½ teaspoon (2.5g) dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25g) salt
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25g) black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush or drizzle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes (optional).
- Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down (if using skin-on fillets).
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully remove salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges (optional).
