Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough - about 100g each)
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favourite melting cheese - about 20g each)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (28g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Lay out 2 slices of bread, butter one side of each slice generously.
- Place one slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of each buttered slice.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Carefully place the sandwiches in the heated air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip the sandwiches and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the sandwiches from the air fryer and allow to cool for a minute, then slice and enjoy!
