Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • Cooking spray (optional) or water (for steaming)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Optionally grease the basket lightly or use a small container with a bit of water.
  3. Place eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Set timer for 15 minutes to cook the eggs.
  5. While the eggs are cooking, fill a bowl with ice and water to prepare an ice bath.
  6. Once cooking time is up, carefully transfer the eggs to the ice bath using a slotted spoon.
  7. Let the eggs sit in the ice bath for 5-10 minutes to stop further cooking and ease peeling.
  8. Gently tap and roll the egg on a flat surface, then peel under running water for easier shell removal.
