Ingredients:

  • Leftover Pizza (any size or style)
  • Plastic Wrap (enough to cover the pizza completely)
  • Aluminum Foil or Airtight Containers (to store)
  • Labeling Tape and Permanent Marker (for dating)

Instructions:

  1. Let the leftover pizza cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
  2. If using plastic wrap, wrap each slice individually or the entire pizza tightly. Alternatively, place the pizza slices in an airtight container.
  3. Use labeling tape and a permanent marker to write the date on the packaging or container.
  4. Store the wrapped pizza or container in the refrigerator.
  5. Before consuming, ensure the pizza has been maintained for no longer than 3-4 days in the fridge.
