Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup (120ml) skim milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
- 1.5 cups (185g) frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon (21g) raw honey
- 0.5 teaspoon (2g) pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon (4g) chia seeds
Instructions:
- Pour the skim milk into the blender jar.
- Add the Greek yogurt on top of the milk.
- Measure and drop in the vanilla whey protein powder.
- Toss in the frozen raspberries.
- Drizzle the raw honey directly onto the berries.
- Add the pure vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top.
- Secure the lid tightly and start on the lowest speed.
- Increase to high speed for 45 to 60 seconds. Stop when you see a deep pink, velvety vortex forming in the center.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
