Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) skim milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1.5 cups (185g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon (21g) raw honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon (2g) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon (4g) chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Pour the skim milk into the blender jar.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt on top of the milk.
  3. Measure and drop in the vanilla whey protein powder.
  4. Toss in the frozen raspberries.
  5. Drizzle the raw honey directly onto the berries.
  6. Add the pure vanilla extract.
  7. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top.
  8. Secure the lid tightly and start on the lowest speed.
  9. Increase to high speed for 45 to 60 seconds. Stop when you see a deep pink, velvety vortex forming in the center.
  10. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
