Ingredients:
- 6 cups assorted Chex cereal (corn, rice, wheat)
- 2 cups pretzels (sticks, twists, or a mix)
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup bagel chips, broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet (1 ounce / 28 grams) Hidden Valley Ranch dressing & seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper (optional).
- In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, peanuts, cashews, and bagel chips.
- In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed and smoked paprika until evenly combined.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet(s). Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet(s). Break up any clumps. Store in an airtight container.
