Ingredients:

  • 6 cups assorted Chex cereal (corn, rice, wheat)
  • 2 cups pretzels (sticks, twists, or a mix)
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup bagel chips, broken into pieces
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet (1 ounce / 28 grams) Hidden Valley Ranch dressing & seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper (optional).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, peanuts, cashews, and bagel chips.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed and smoked paprika until evenly combined.
  4. Pour the ranch mixture over the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet(s). Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet(s). Break up any clumps. Store in an airtight container.
