- Optional: 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme (1g) for added flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the sweet potatoes until evenly coated in the oil and spices.
- Spread the coated sweet potato cubes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until they are golden brown and fork-tender.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
