Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 tbsp (30g) plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves (15g) fresh garlic, minced finely
- 1 tsp (2g) garlic powder
- 2 tbsp (8g) fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (5g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Mince the fresh garlic cloves using a press or knife until they form a fine paste and finely chop the fresh parsley, removing any large stems.
- In a small mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and Greek yogurt using a spatula until the mixture is smooth and pale. Fold in the minced garlic and garlic powder, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Gently stir in the chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix only until the herbs are evenly distributed to maintain the spread's structure.
