Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 tbsp (30g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves (15g) fresh garlic, minced finely
  • 1 tsp (2g) garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp (8g) fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (5g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mince the fresh garlic cloves using a press or knife until they form a fine paste and finely chop the fresh parsley, removing any large stems.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and Greek yogurt using a spatula until the mixture is smooth and pale. Fold in the minced garlic and garlic powder, stirring until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently stir in the chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix only until the herbs are evenly distributed to maintain the spread's structure.
