  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients by mincing the garlic, chopping the herbs, and zesting the lemon.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and olive oil. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the crock pot and pour chicken broth around the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
