Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1/2 cup (60 g) breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp (5 g) smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 mini burger buns
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and sriracha. Season with salt to taste and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a small patty.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C).
- Slice the mini buns and layer the cooked patties with a dollop of spicy garlic aioli. Serve immediately.
