Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (336g) Almond Flour, blanched, finely ground
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (optional)
  • 4 large Eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum (if using).
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, apple cider vinegar, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in any desired additions, such as chia seeds, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully remove it using the parchment paper overhang.
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
