Ingredients:
- 3 cups (336g) Almond Flour, blanched, finely ground
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (optional)
- 4 large Eggs, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum (if using).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, apple cider vinegar, and almond milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in any desired additions, such as chia seeds, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully remove it using the parchment paper overhang.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
