Ingredients:
- 4 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C/Gas Mark 6).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle the marinade evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
