Ingredients:

  • 4 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C/Gas Mark 6).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle the marinade evenly over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
