Ingredients:
- 3-4 lbs turkey wings, fresh or thawed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for serving)
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat the turkey wings dry. Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Place the seasoned turkey wings in the slow cooker and pour the cooking liquid over the wings.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until wings are tender.
- Transfer turkey wings to a serving platter, drizzle with cooking liquid, and garnish with fresh parsley.
