Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packet Slow Cooker Beef Tips with Onion Soup Mix
- 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
Instructions:
- Place the cubed beef chuck into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Scatter the diced onions and minced garlic evenly over the meat.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the beef bone broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and black pepper.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the beef, ensuring all pieces are submerged or well-coated.
- Cover with a tight-fitting lid and set the slow cooker to LOW. Cook for 7 to 8 hours without lifting the lid.
- Whisk the cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl until a smooth slurry forms.
- Stir the slurry into the slow cooker, set the heat to HIGH for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the gravy is velvety and thick.
