Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of green cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, sliced onion, sliced carrots, and minced garlic.
- Add Seasoning: Sprinkle the smoked paprika over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine.
- Layer in Crock Pot: Drizzle olive oil or avocado oil at the bottom of your slow cooker. Layer the vegetable mixture into the crock pot.
- Pour in Broth: Pour vegetable broth over the top of the vegetables.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for about 6–8 hours or on high for about 3–4 hours until tender.
- Serve: Once cooked through, stir gently before serving hot as a side dish or main course.
