Ingredients:
- 2 cans 15 oz sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 box 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Grease the interior of the slow cooker with a small pat of butter or non stick spray.
- Pour the peaches and syrup into the bottom of the pot.
- Stir in the lemon juice and cinnamon, spreading them evenly across the bottom.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches without stirring.
- Melt your butter in a bowl or microwave.
- Stir the vanilla extract into the melted butter.
- Pour the melted butter and vanilla mixture over the cake mix powder, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- Cover and cook on High for 180 minutes until the topping is set and edges are golden brown.
