Ingredients:
- 1/4 medium cucumber, halved and sliced (approx. 50g)
- 1/4 small iceberg lettuce, shredded (approx. 50g)
- 2 spring onions (scallions), sliced (approx. 30g)
- Handful of fresh mint leaves, torn (approx. 10g)
- 140g pack of cooked chicken tikka pieces
- 4 plain small naan breads
- Natural (plain) yogurt, to serve (approx. 150g)
Instructions:
- Toss the cucumber, lettuce, and spring onions together in a mixing bowl. Add the torn mint leaves.
- Heat the naan breads in the microwave on Medium for 1 minute, or until puffed up.
- Tip the chicken tikka pieces into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, or until heated through. Ensure the chicken is piping hot.
- Split the naan breads in half. Stuff each half with the prepared salad, warmed chicken tikka pieces, and a spoonful of natural yogurt.
- Serve your Speedy Chicken Tikka Wraps immediately while the naan is still warm.
