- Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In the same bowl, add the cottage cheese, egg, and spinach.
- Stir well until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten it into a flagel shape, ensuring a thinner profile than a standard bagel.
- Place the flagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the flagels with egg wash (optional) and sprinkle with desired toppings (optional).
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
- Let the flagels cool on a wire rack before serving.
