Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (full-fat Greek recommended, ensure no xylitol)
- 2 tablespoons water or unsweetened coconut water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the chopped strawberries into a blender or food processor.
- Add the plain yogurt, water or coconut water, and the optional honey to the blender.
- Process the mixture until it is completely smooth and uniform in consistency.
- Carefully spoon or pour the strawberry-yogurt mixture into silicone ice cube trays or small dog-treat moulds.
- Place the filled moulds onto a flat tray and transfer them gently to the freezer.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.
- To unmould, gently peel back the silicone or run the base of the mould under lukewarm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately.
