Ingredients:
- 1 (750ml) bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Albariño)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) brandy
- 1/4 cup (60ml) orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) simple syrup
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 (750ml) bottle sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and slice all the fruit according to the ingredient list.
- If making simple syrup: Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup (if using).
- Add the sliced oranges, lemons, limes, grapes, strawberries, and raspberries to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably longer (up to 4 hours), to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs (if desired).
- Pour over ice and enjoy responsibly!
