  • 1/2 cup (120ml) brandy
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) simple syrup
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 (750ml) bottle sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and slice all the fruit according to the ingredient list.
  2. If making simple syrup: Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup (if using).
  4. Add the sliced oranges, lemons, limes, grapes, strawberries, and raspberries to the pitcher.
  5. Stir gently to combine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably longer (up to 4 hours), to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water or club soda.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs (if desired).
  8. Pour over ice and enjoy responsibly!
