Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup low-sodium BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure the rub adheres.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until every wing is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned wings in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
- Preheat your oven broiler to high.
- Whisk together the low-sodium BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, Sriracha, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Transfer the cooked wings to a foil-lined baking sheet and brush each wing generously with the glaze.
- Broil for 3–5 minutes until the sauce bubbles and turns a deep, mahogany brown.
