Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup low-sodium BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure the rub adheres.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until every wing is evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned wings in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven broiler to high.
  5. Whisk together the low-sodium BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, Sriracha, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  6. Transfer the cooked wings to a foil-lined baking sheet and brush each wing generously with the glaze.
  7. Broil for 3–5 minutes until the sauce bubbles and turns a deep, mahogany brown.
