Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) (optional)
- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onion, and gochugaru.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Ensure the beef is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.
- Once the pan is hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer, sauté for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
