Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces (225g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces (115g) cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Gather the mixture into a ball shape.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Just before serving, unwrap the cheese ball. Roll the cheese ball in the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Place the cheese ball on a serving plate and serve with crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
