Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces (225g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces (115g) cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Gather the mixture into a ball shape.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  5. Just before serving, unwrap the cheese ball. Roll the cheese ball in the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  6. Place the cheese ball on a serving plate and serve with crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
