Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
- 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the bottom of the blender jar.
- Add the protein powder and chia seeds on top of the liquid base.
- Place the frozen mixed berries and frozen banana slices on top of the other ingredients to weigh them down toward the blades.
- Start the blender on low-speed pulses to break up frozen chunks. Gradually increase to medium-high speed, using a tamper if necessary, until a thick 'four-petal' swirl forms. Do not over-blend.
- Transfer the mixture immediately into a chilled bowl using a silicone spatula and smooth the surface.
