Instructions:
- Clean and scrub the baby potatoes.
- Optional: Soak the potatoes in water for 10 minutes to ensure they cook evenly.

- Toss the potatoes in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F/200°C).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in a grill basket or skewer them.
- Grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and fork-tender.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork; it should slide in easily.
