- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice, about 240 ml)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess, about 120 g)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions:
- If using a fresh beet, peel and cube it. If using pre-cooked, simply chop it into chunks.
- In the blender, add the chopped beet, frozen berries, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and optional honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high until smooth, ensuring there are no chunks remaining.
- If too thick, add a splash more milk; if too runny, add a few ice cubes or some extra frozen berries.
