Ingredients:
- 4 cups (600g) cubed seedless watermelon, chilled
- 1/2 cup (120ml) water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup (75g) ice cubes (optional)
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- Cube the watermelon and chill it for at least 30 minutes (if not already chilled). Gather all other ingredients.
- Add chilled watermelon, water or coconut water, lime juice, ice (if using), and mint (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Check for desired consistency; add a little more water if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! Garnish with a watermelon wedge or a sprig of mint, if desired.
