Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (600g) cubed seedless watermelon, chilled
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup (75g) ice cubes (optional)
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cube the watermelon and chill it for at least 30 minutes (if not already chilled). Gather all other ingredients.
  2. Add chilled watermelon, water or coconut water, lime juice, ice (if using), and mint (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Check for desired consistency; add a little more water if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! Garnish with a watermelon wedge or a sprig of mint, if desired.
