  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (30 ml)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (2 g)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and sea salt.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and pour the marinade over, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
