Ingredients:
- 2 (4-6 ounce/113-170g each) tilapia fillets, skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the bowl with the marinade and turn to coat evenly.
- Place the marinated tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the tilapia is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favourite sides.
