Ingredients:

  • 2 (4-6 ounce/113-170g each) tilapia fillets, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed (15ml)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (5ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the tilapia fillets in the bowl with the marinade and turn to coat evenly.
  5. Place the marinated tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd them.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the tilapia is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favourite sides.
