Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Trim the ends and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Drizzle the roasted Brussels sprouts with the balsamic glaze and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
