Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Trim the ends and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Drizzle the roasted Brussels sprouts with the balsamic glaze and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
