Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine all the shrimp taco seasoning ingredients. Whisk until well combined.
- Toss the shrimp with the prepared seasoning blend, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Do not overcook!
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions (microwave, oven, or skillet).
- Fill each tortilla with the cooked shrimp and your desired toppings.
