Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the shrimp taco seasoning ingredients. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Toss the shrimp with the prepared seasoning blend, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Do not overcook!
  4. Warm the tortillas according to package directions (microwave, oven, or skillet).
  5. Fill each tortilla with the cooked shrimp and your desired toppings.
