- 1 oz (30 ml) agave nectar (or honey)

- Lime wedges (for garnish)
- Coarse salt (for rimming glass)
Instructions:
- If desired, rim the glasses with coarse salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice into a measuring cup, ensuring you avoid seeds.
- In a shaker (or jar), add lime juice, tequila, agave nectar, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Fill the prepared glasses with fresh ice and strain the margarita mixture evenly into each.
- Add lime wedges for garnish and serve immediately.
