Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats (135g)
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder (60g)
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal (14g)
  • 0.5 cup creamy natural peanut butter (128g)
  • 0.33 cup honey (113g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g)
  • 0.33 cup mini M&Ms (60g)
  • 2 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (30g)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the 135g rolled oats, 60g protein powder, and 14g flaxseed meal in your large bowl.
  2. Pour in the 128g peanut butter, 113g honey, and 5g vanilla extract. Stir until the oats are completely coated and no dry white powder remains.
  3. Fold in the 60g mini M&Ms and 30g mini chocolate chips.
  4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Wait until the mixture feels firm and less tacky to the touch.
  5. Use your small scoop to drop 20 even mounds onto your parchment lined tray.
  6. Roll each mound between your palms until smooth and round. If the dough sticks to your hands, lightly damp them with water.
  7. Let the rolled balls sit in the fridge for another 5 minutes to fully set. Check until they feel solid when lightly squeezed.
  8. Transfer the finished balls to an airtight container.
