Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp (6g) kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1 tbsp (6g) fresh sage, finely minced
- 1 tbsp (6g) fresh rosemary, finely minced
- 1 tbsp (6g) fresh thyme leaves
- 3 cloves (9g) garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Place the unsalted butter in a mixing bowl. Ensure it is soft enough to stir easily but not melted.
- Add the minced sage, rosemary, thyme, and garlic paste to the bowl. Use a rubber spatula to fold the herbs into the butter until evenly distributed.
- Stir in the kosher salt and black pepper. Mix vigorously until the salt has dissolved into the fat.
- Transfer the butter to an airtight container or roll into a log using parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to marry.
