Ingredients
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 110g pack chorizo (unsliced)
- 140g wedge Savoy cabbage
- Sprinkling dried chilli flakes
- 410g can chickpeas, drained
- 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube
Instructions
- In a medium pan, heat the chopped tomatoes and add a canful of water.
- While the tomatoes are heating, chop the chorizo into chunky pieces and shred the cabbage.
- Add the chorizo, cabbage, dried chilli flakes, and chickpeas to the pan.
- Crumble in the stock cube and stir well.
- Cover the pan and let it bubble over high heat for 6 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy with crusty or garlic bread.
